Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([company name, address], email markus.prenner@gmx.at) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notification before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment as your original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts on digital content/services, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We obtain this consent explicitly at checkout.
