Right of Withdrawal
For consumers under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Markus Prenner, Mariahilfer Straße 1/4, 8020 Graz, Austria, email management@wavehubtennis.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notification before the period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment as your original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
WaveHub is digital content and a digital service, and it is made available to you in full and immediately after you order — that is the point of it. For such contracts the right of withdrawal expires early where all three of the following are true:
1. you have expressly requested that we begin before the 14 days are up;
2. you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal; and
3. we have confirmed both of those to you on a durable medium.
You give that request and that acknowledgement by ticking the box at checkout, and we confirm them to you in the order confirmation email. If you do not agree to immediate access, do not tick the box and do not complete the order — write to us instead and we will arrange access after the 14 days have passed, with your right of withdrawal intact.
Where the Gold program's models are delivered to you as files, the same applies from the moment access to those files is granted.
