§ 1 Provider & scope

These terms apply to all contracts between [company name] ("WaveHub", "we") and users of the WaveHub platform via wavehubtennis.com and app.wavehubtennis.com.

§ 2 Subject of the contract

WaveHub provides a paid membership giving access to editorial tennis analyses, statistics and value assessments (ATP) and related tools.

Important: WaveHub is not a bookmaker and not a betting broker. We do not accept or settle bets and give no guarantee of winnings or results. All content is for information/education and does not constitute financial, investment or betting advice. Decisions are made by the user at their own responsibility.

§ 3 Formation of the contract

The contract is formed by registering an account and completing the paid subscription via the payment provider Stripe. A minimum age of 18 years is required.

§ 4 Prices, payment & automatic renewal

Core: €479 per year.
Private: €779 per year.
All prices include any applicable VAT. Payment is made yearly in advance via Stripe.
The subscription renews automatically for a further 12 months at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.

§ 5 Term & cancellation

The minimum term is 12 months. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current period via the customer portal (Stripe) or in your profile under "Manage". Amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata unless a right of withdrawal applies.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal — see the Right of Withdrawal page. For digital content/services the right of withdrawal may expire early with your express consent (details there).

§ 7 User obligations

Minimum age 18; responsible approach to betting.
Login credentials are confidential; sharing the account is prohibited.
No misuse, no automated scraping of the content.

§ 8 Liability & warranty

Betting involves significant financial risk. WaveHub is not liable for betting outcomes, lost profits or losses. Otherwise we are liable only for intent and gross negligence; liability for slight negligence is excluded except for personal injury.

§ 9 Changes

We may amend these terms with effect for the future; material changes will be communicated in good time.

§ 10 Final provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction: [competent court], to the extent legally permissible.
